In "seemingly-intense" cases of decision-making wherein "emotions" run high, even a "multi- level-possible verdict" ends up becoming a "binary verdict" owing to a generalised tendency of the people to have their opinions floating to the either extremes. However requirement of such an "intensity" is never validated.
